Return & Exchange Policy – Kalakruti

At Kalakruti, we take pride in offering high-quality Ladies Garments,Fashionable Products. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Policy

  • We do not accept returns unless the Dresses/Garments/Fashionable products is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for size compatibility issues and must meet our eligibility criteria (outlined below).
  • For international (overseas) orders Dress/Garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. 
  • Offer Sales,Promotional or Clearance events Dresses/Garments/Products we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • Wholesale Garments we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • Under Garments,Leggings,Dupatta,Body-shape wears etc. we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • Complimentary products we do not accept returns or exchange.
  • All return and exchange requests must be initiated within the stipulated time frame ie.. 2 days of product delivered.

 


2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Garments/Dresses: If the item received is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue.
  2. Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a different product than what you ordered.

To request a return:

  • Email us at kalakruti.stores@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Include clear images/videos of the damaged Dress/Garments or incorrect item.
  • Our team will review the case and confirm if a return is approved.

2.2 Non-Eligible Return Cases

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences.
  • Minor irregularities that are part of handmade or natural product variations.
  • If the request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products/Dresses/Garments purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.

2.3 Return Process

  • If a return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to return the product/Dress/Garments.
  • The product/Dress/Garments must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a replacement or offer a store credit (voucher) of equal value.

3. Exchange Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are allowed only for Dress/Garments size compatibility issues under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product/Dresses/Garments  must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact.
  • The customer must email us at kalakruti.store@gmail.com with their order details and exchange request.

3.2 Exchange Process

  • If the requested size is available, we will process the exchange.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a voucher equal to the purchase value.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning the item for exchange.
  • The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 15 business days in Local i.e Indian Locations based upon distance.
  • The No-exchange or replaced product/Dress/Garments will be delivered for International Locations.

4. International Orders

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international (overseas) orders.
  • Please carefully review product/Dress/Garments details, size charts, and descriptions before placing an order.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not offer monetary refunds except in rare cases where a replacement or voucher is not feasible.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in the form of store credit (voucher) equal to the purchase value.
  • Post approval, we will process the refund within 7 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days.
  • The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at kalakruti.stores@gmail.com.
  • After 12 hours, the order will be processed, and cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • For prepaid orders, a voucher will be issued instead of a refund.
