  • Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • The estimated delivery time depends on factors such as location, courier partner, and customs procedures (for international shipments).
  • Once an order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via email or SMS.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location and government holidays and working days .
  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on above 1500/- purchase orders across India.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer than the estimated time.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at kalakruti.stores@gmail.com for assistance.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time varies based on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. On average, international deliveries take 7 to 21 business days.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • International shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
    • The exact charges will be displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.
  • Customs & Duties:
    • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
    • Customs policies vary by country, and we are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by local authorities.
    • If customs clearance delays delivery, Srivalli Collections is not liable for any refund or compensation.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
  • After shipping, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipments' progress.
  • Tracking updates depend on the courier service provider and may take some time to reflect online.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Undeliverable Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Reshipping charges will apply.
  • P.O. Box Deliveries: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address.
  • Courier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Non-Serviceable Areas: If our courier partners cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you and process a full refund.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your package does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier to track and resolve the issue.
  • Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery office. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
  • Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged package, report it to us at kalakruti.stores@gmail.com within 48 hours, with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the case and offer a resolution.

7. Cancellation & Changes to Shipping Address

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, orders will be processed, and cancellation requests will not be accepted.
